Lucky 7 Brand is committed to freshness and that is why we make every effort to ship your coffee no more than 3 business days after you place an order and not more than 1 business day after the coffee is roasted. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. We won’t charge you until your item is shipped.
To keep shipping prices as low as possible we choose the most efficient carrier based on weight and location. Your package could be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), FEDEX, DHL or UPS if shipped to a physical address (not P. O. Box) within the 48 contiguous States. If you are unable to receive packages this way, or if you prefer to pick up your order at one of our locations, please contact us for assistance.
Shipments to HI, AK, P. O. Boxes, APO/AFO are only sent using the USPS.

Should you feel the need to return a non-food item, you must contact us first and we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you. If you return items without contacting Customer Service first, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs. Food items cannot be refunded.
